Blocket acquire Steptone in Sweden

The Swedish E-commerce company Blocket have acquired Stepstone from German media group Axel Springer. Stepstones turnover in Sweden was nearly 20 million SEK and has around 20 employees. According to CEO Erik Engstrom all employees will follow to Blocket.

Blocket jobb launched in autumn 2011 and has been showing positive result since then. Together, the two companies will create the largest commercial jobs and online recruitment player in terms of traffic in Nordic.
