The Danish distributor Sead Distribution, which also operates under the name of Asian Trading, has come into focus as Swedish E-Commerce giant Dustin was sentenced to pay 150,000 Swedish kronor to Swedish speaker manufacturer Audio Pro for selling copyright and trademark protected goods illegally. Audio Pro discovered in 2012 that Dustin had purchased and sold a batch Audio Pro LV2 speakers that had been imported from Ukraine through the Danish company Sead Distribution. The case began when a customer of Dustin's sent a set of speakers for repair to Audio Pro where it was discovered that the speaker serial numbers had been removed and changed , just like the original container was broken up . Now Stockholm District Court have ruled that this was breach of trademark protection and they set an injunction against the sale of infringing goods . Audio Pro also says in an statement that Sead Distribution has been trying to sell goods to a number of other Swedish online stores , but stopped after being contacted by Audio Pro.
